Richard’s career has always been driven by one idea: good design is only as strong as the way it’s built. After years refining fine woodwork, he expanded into manufacturing and spent 16 years deepening the production expertise that now defines Winslow Wine Cellar’s standards – precision, durability, and a finish you can see and feel.
Today, that foundation translates beautifully into wine cellars. From architectural racking and display walls to custom cabinetry and trim details, Richard approaches every project with the same mindset collectors bring to their cellars: protect the investment, honor the craft, and make it timeless.
Charmayne Winslow – The Experience Behind the Craft
Charmayne brings the operational excellence that makes the process feel seamless. With a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and 28 years in healthcare – including 20 years in leadership – she’s built her career around high standards, clear communication, and calm, capable execution.
Her background in real estate and residential development adds another layer of value for wine cellar clients: a deep understanding of how luxury homes are planned, built, and finished. From evaluating sites and guiding development details to managing financial operations, Charmayne ensures each project is handled with the organization and care discerning homeowners expect.
Together, Richard and Charmayne lead Winslow Wine Cellars with a shared purpose: to create wine cellars that are as refined as the wines they protect – and an experience that feels as elevated as the final reveal.
